Rosemary and peppermint have long been used to help RELAX MUSCLES AND EASE PAIN. After steeping the bag in the hot bath, apply the bag to particularly sore areas for an added boost of relief. This works GREAT FOR MIGRAINES, too. Simply place the hot damp bag on the forehead or temples while you soak in the tub. You won't want to run out of these!
